My journey

Moved Across the World!

In a whirlwind move across the world, I found myself in Sydney, Australia, leaving behind the sunny shores of Los Angeles, California. Little did I know that this journey would lead me to discover my true passion and strength – helping people with their careers. Even before realising my strengths, back in California, I found joy in assisting friends with their job searches, interview preparations, and witnessing their career successes. When I landed in Sydney, I thought, "Why not turn this passion into a profession?"

Recruitment Revelation

Enter the world of recruitment. Over the course of 7 years, I delved into the intricacies of helping individuals explore job opportunities aligned with their backgrounds, passions, and interests. My passion extended beyond merely finding job matches; I was dedicated to guiding candidates through the entire process. From instilling confidence by identifying their strengths to celebrating their triumphs, this became the most fulfilling part of my role. Little did I know, this was the key that unlocked all my strengths and made it my favourite aspect of the job.

Uncovering My Strengths

Now armed with the knowledge of my strengths, I've taken the most cherished part of my last 7 years and transitioned into a career in coaching. This allows me to immerse myself in what I love every single day while also going back in time in a way and adding value where I wish I had it, in school. Grateful for the past 7 years, I am now eager to extend my expertise to help more people not just with their careers but, ultimately, with their lives!
